Are you an artist, freelancer, entrepreneur, or all of the above? Do you have anxiety every tax season? This workshop is for you! William Kalinowski and Linda Coleman will lead a crash course in how to take control of your bookkeeping, your taxes, and your business. Bring your questions, your dinner, and a laptop if you have one.

William S. Kalinowski CPA, a partner at Burzenski & Company, and specializes in the areas of nonprofit and governmental engagements. He is instrumental in executing accounting and audit functions and serves as a reviewer of financial statements for clients in numerous industries. He serves on the Board of Directors of Artspace Inc of New Haven and as the vice-chairman of the Town of Cheshire’s Youth Service Commission. He is a member of the Connecticut Society of Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Linda Colman, principal at Dressler Santaus Colman LLC, hasmore than 35 years of experience providing bookkeeping services for many types of small businesses. Colman specializes in working with nonprofit and community organizations, providing customized statements that include fund accounting capability and budget comparisons. She studied Art, Jewelry and Design and is a working sculptor in New Haven, CT.
