Books will be for sale. Allan Appel, born in Chicago and raised in Los Angeles, is a prize-winning novelist and playwright whose books include Club Revelation, High Holiday Su-tra, winner of a Barnes and Noble Discover Great New Writers Award, The Hebrew Tutor of Be Air, and The Rabbi of Casino Boulevard, a finalist for the National Jewish Book Award. Allan is a reporter for the New Haven Inde-pendent. The Book of Norman was published in 2017 by Mandel Vilar Press.
