Basic Training @ Balanced Yoga
Thinking about starting a yoga practice? The BY Basic Training Series is a great way to start. Week 3 in this 6-week series will break down the poses while focusing on proper form, breath. and how to incorporate both as you move from pose to pose. You will learn the Sanskrit names for the poses that are typically used by many teachers in class.
