Annual group show at KLG features artworks ready to carry home by 26 CT-based artists
WESTVILLE NEW HAVEN, December 3rd – 23rd, 2021: Kehler Liddell Gallery (KLG) presents: Deck the Walls, an annual group show featuring the work of 26 local artists, and an Open House Reception on Saturday, December 11th, 12-7pm, to coincide with Westville’s annual holiday open house and tree lighting events. The gallery will also host art activities for all ages 12-3pm that day.
Want to take the edge off your holiday shopping list? Then check out this annual show and sale featuring an eclectic mix of local art, like photography, painting, pen and ink, mixed media, prints, and sculpture by 26 local artists. You'll find creative works of varying sizes in price ranges to suit all budgets.
“Featuring both framed and unframed work priced for the holidays and ready to take home, our annual holiday show is always a joyful mix of colors and styles. We hope you will come by and see what the artists have been working on this year!” says Kate Henderson, the gallery’s Director.
Come out and celebrate the season at Westville’s annual Holiday Open House, December 11th, 12-7pm, and get festive (and warm up) in the gallery with some KLG artist led crafty time – H.A.A.A.A therapy (Holiday Art Activities for All Ages) from 12-3pm, free and open to all, that day:
“Linking with other Westville events like the Westville Arts Market extends our gallery’s borders into the wider community. We hope to welcome you back into KLG as we make a return to collaborating with ArtEcon Initiative to provide enriching programming for all,” says Assistant Director Muffy Pendergast.
In addition, visit KLG Artists at the outdoor Westville Arts Market on Central Avenue, across the street from the gallery, featuring special holiday prices, on Saturday, November 27th and Sunday, December 12th, from 11-3pmeach day. All items in the KLG tent will be specially priced at 20% off for the holidays.

Kehler Liddell Gallery (KLG) is a cooperative gallery in the heart of New Haven’s Westville village representing 28 of the area’s most notable emerging and established artists. Established in 2003, KLG is one of New Haven’s longest running retail galleries to date. All of the artists are juried into membership. Monthly exhibitions are highlighted by free community arts programming presented by ArtEcon Initiative. The gallery is free and open to the public.
