Following Westville’s Annual Tree Lighting, come on down to KLG for a family-friendly performance by Thabisa @ 7pm! Cosponsored by ArtEcon Initiative.

Thabisa is a South-African born singer, songwriter, and multi-lingual performer, who blends African soul, jazz and original music. Captivating audiences with her sultry, yet raspy voice, Thabisa spreads messages of love, hope, and introspection - challenging us all to be better versions of ourselves. Thabisa's career took off when she entered Idols SA in South Africa and finished in the Top 18. The following year, she signed with an independent recording label and produced two highly acclaimed albums, The Journey (2013) and Eyodidi (2015). Arriving in New Haven, CT in the spring of 2016, she immediately jumped onto the music scene. With a unique sound that blends her eclectic love of music and a larger than life personality, Thabisa puts her heart and soul into her music and offers a glimpse of who she is in a tender and powerful way.
