Two important things about the upcoming evening of goodness: Date Change: We are meeting on Wednesday, July 25, 2018. We need you. Yes you. Specifically you. To present. You know who I am talking to. You have been to some PKNH evenings. You know how it works. You might think you couldn’t do a presentation, or that no one cares what you have to say. Well, we care and we need some presenters.  Information is HERE or just sign up HERE. Doors open at 6pm and the talks begin promptly(ish) at 7pm. BYOB. A food truck of some sort is in the works.  Event is free, but a tip jar will be on hand to cover some of the costs our volunteers incur. Embellishment: Summer lovin’ had me a blast… Summer lovin’ happened so fast… sounds like a PechaKucha New Haven night! And what could be better than a summer PKNH? Okay, many, many things. Many things. But it ain’t a bad way to spend an evening, so save the date. Remember, without presenters we just have a random bearded guy rambling. Some of you (fools that you are) might think that is not a bad thing, but trust us, a little goes a looooong way, so we need you. At the heart of a PechaKucha night is community + creativity, and everyone has a little of that. The format of a PechaKucha talk is simple.  You have 20 slides automatically advancing every 20 seconds while you talk or sing or, even dance.  Your call.    We will supply the supporting crowd hungry for your words and images about your ideas, your work, your poetry, your research, your designs, your vacation, or your passion.
