Shabbat Schmooze with Faisal Saleh
Faisal Saleh, founder and executive director of the newly established (April 2018) Palestine Museum US in Woodbridge, will talk about his background as a Palestinian from a refugee family. He will also discuss the reasons behind establishing the Museum and share his perspective on the prospects for peace between the Israelis and Palestinians. Born in the town of Ramallah in 1951, Saleh came to the United States 50 years ago. He studied at Oberlin College (Ohio), completing a junior year abroad program at the Hebrew University in 1972-73, and earned an MBA from the University of Connecticut.
