Edgewood Park friend Naomi Senzer will lead a sugar maple tree tapping demonstration, and will explain how to make syrup from sap. Join us to learn how to identify sugar maples in the winter, and discover everything you need to know about tapping them, collecting the sap and then boiling the sap to make maple syrup. Meet near the trees by the footbridge and West River, behind the tennis courts and basketball court. If you're driving, enter parking lot at Whalley and Fitch; walk across orange footbridge.
