Join Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master, Thema Graves for a day of introductory Level 1 Reiki training. Reiki is a Japanese healing art, administered using "light touch" or no touch. It relaxes the body and reduces stress which in turn promotes healing on all levels (mind, body, spirit).

 

The training includes: 

*A Level 1 Reiki attunement (the 1st in a series of 4 attunements)

*Learning how to give Self-Reiki 

*Learning how to share Reiki with famliy and loved ones

*Learning how to enhance your meditation with Reiki energy

*and more!!

 

Thema has been meditating and studying intuitive healing practices for over 10 years. She received her Reiki Master Teacher certification from the International Center for Reiki Training, in Sedona, Arizona and has been practicing Reiki for 3 1/2 years
