ABOUT THE PRINTS: In partnership with ArtSpace and DaSilva Gallery, WVRA co-presented the XXL Steamroller Printing in Westville Village during City-Wide Open Studio's 2015 Transported Weekend. Featuring thirteen local artists and two school groups, and made possible with generous support from Ring’s End, Inc. and the City of New Haven, each image was carved into 36 x 48" plywood blocks and printed with the help of a multi-ton construction steamroller and using Central Avenue in the heart of the Village as the letterpress bed.
