Description:
There are many new, planet-friendly yarns on the market today, made with recycled plastic bottles, upcycled denim scraps, or eucalyptus. Come and meet some of these new yarns, discuss the green craft movement, and design your own reusable dishcloth using freeform techniques. Beginning knit and/or crochet skills required. Bring size 7 or 8 knitting needles or size G, H or I crochet hook. Each student will take home one ball of eco-friendly yarn.
